As a reminder, this award is presented monthly to athletes who demonstrate high achievements in their sports despite all the challenges. According to Trubin, the initiative is intended to inspire young athletes to continue training and reaching new heights. Candidates for the award are nominated by local authorities, youth, and sports managers.

In July, athletes from three regions of Ukraine received the award:

• Donetsk Region

Yaroslav Koiuda – Para Rowing (PR2 Mix2x), Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine. He won bronze at the European Championships in Szeged (Hungary) and became the World Cup champion in Lucerne (Sweden) in 2024.

• Zaporizhzhia Region

Maksym Manenkov – Taekwondo WTF (Kyorugi), International Master of Sports of Ukraine. He won 3rd place at the Junior European Championships in 2021, 3rd place at the Junior World Championships in 2022, 1st place at the Junior European Championships in 2023, and 1st place at the European Championships in 2024.

• Kherson Region

Ivan Slovesnov – Athletics, II Youth Rank. He took first place in shot put at the All-Ukrainian Spartakiad "Believe in Yourself" in 2023.
 

This month, for the first time, children from the Luhansk region also received the Trubin Award, thanks to our partnership with HC

• Maria from Sievierodonetsk – Candidate for Master of Sports in swimming, who dreams of becoming a Ukrainian champion.
• Hlib from Popasna – a talented boxer who dreams of succeeding in martial arts.
• Karyna, from the village of Nizhne, Sievierodonetsk district, is a girl who dreams of becoming a professional gymnast.

The Trubin Award not only recognizes athletes' achievements but also inspires them to continue fighting for their dreams despite all the trials. This initiative shows that even in the hardest times, support and faith can become a powerful force that helps overcome obstacles and achieve new heights.

Each athlete who receives this award is a living example of an indomitable spirit and unwavering determination to win.
