Do you want to not only inform your audience but also influence the life of the community? - We invite you to take part in the competition! 

Selected Zaporizhzhia bloggers, influencers, and journalists will receive mini-grants of up to UAH 50 thousand to create a series of positive materials on socially important topics in the region within 6 months.

The goal of the competition is to create a positive image of Zaporizhzhia region aimed at attracting the attention of partners to the region's recovery. 

Deadline for applications is March 2, 2025 inclusive. The results of the competition will be published on the EBA website by March 31 inclusive.

Further project activities funded by the mini-grant will involve work within 6 months in accordance with the following requirements

• production of content focused on positive social change, creation of a series of materials exclusively in Ukrainian;
• formats of expected materials: text, video/audio materials;
• no plagiarism and compliance with international professional standards of journalism;
• authors' knowledge of the topic and understanding of the general context in the areas.

Topics of expected content about Zaporizhzhia region:

• strengthening defense capabilities;
• liquidation of the consequences of enemy attacks and assistance to the victims;
• cooperation with international partners;
• coverage of offline learning processes;
• business development;
• culture and traditions;
• prospects for recovery.

Criteria for determining the winners of the Competition: 

• Experience in creating relevant content about Zaporizhzhia region will be an advantage;
• relevant content on own communication channels will be an advantage;
• number of own communication channels;
• number of subscribers;
• number of views per month;
• the requested amount of the grant and the number of planned materials within the framework of cooperation.
